How far in advance should we contact you before a move?
Ideally, 4–8 weeks before your move date so we can coordinate with your ISP, landlord, and contractors.
Can you help us design the new office layout for phones and data drops?
Yes. We’ll walk the space, plan jack locations, and make sure your cabling supports your current and future needs.
Do you only move existing equipment, or can you upgrade us during the move?

We're pleased we went with Teleworks. Installation went smoothly and Rob and Doug trained our staff on how to use the new system. The phones have a bunch of great features that our old ones didn't have. The email notification of incoming voicemails has been very useful during this pandemic. I'm able to listen to and forward the recordings to other staff from any mobile device. Seldom have we had any technical issues, but when we have, Doug or Rob is easy to get a hold of and quickly troubleshoots the problem. They are always professional and courteous.
