Our non-profit organization changed our phone system over to VOIP about 3 1/2 years ago. We're pleased we went with Teleworks. Installation went smoothly and Rob and Doug trained our staff on how to use the new system. The phones have a bunch of great features that our old ones didn't have. The email notification of incoming voicemails has been very useful during this pandemic. I'm able to listen to and forward the recordings to other staff from any mobile device.
