I have a busy insurance agency and been using Teleworks now for several years and have had a very good experience. They set up our phone system - converted my office from a landline system to their VOIP system. We have 8 phones and 8 phone stations - and they did the set up professionally and are reasonably priced. Our non-profit organization changed our phone system over to VOIP about 3 1/2 years ago. We're pleased we went with Teleworks. Installation went smoothly and Rob and Doug trained our staff on how to use the new system. The phones have a bunch of great features that our old ones didn't have. The email notification of incoming voicemails has been very useful during this pandemic. I'm able to listen to and forward the recordings to other staff from any mobile device. Seldom have we had any technical issues, but when we have, Doug or Rob is easy to get a hold of and quickly troubleshoots the problem. They are always professional and courteous.
